We have many stories to share but for this year we are focusing on stories that illustrate “Impact in Action”
This annual report covers the 2022 – 2023 financial year, whereby with the support of our Board we have embedded the concept of ‘Human Flourishing’ in everything we do. This means all our services, programs, teams, and people have the same laser-like focus on delivering flourishing outcomes for all young people.
Through our annual report we will share the stories and performance data from each service that showcase the important work being undertaken at the Y WA in pursuit of our strategic ambitions – Human Flourishing outcomes for children and young people across the state.
In a year where we continued to navigate the long term effects of the pandemic which placed significant pressure on the recruitment, capacity and performance of our Early Learning Centres in particular, we are pleased to be able to celebrate and share the following highlights.
